My training began in Italy with Gabriele Vacis, working within a physical and ensemble-based approach influenced by the Grotowski lineage.

In Italy, I also trained in improvisation and etude-based work influenced by the Vasiliev technique, developing a practice that centres action, impulse, and in-depth text analysis.

After moving to Edinburgh, I completed my Acting for Stage and Screen degree (2017). I also studied mime with Theatre Re and Lana Biba, trained in yoga, and maintained a long practice in dance, including lindy hop and blues, all of which deeply shaped my physical awareness on stage.

Over the years, I have continued to develop a versatile performance practice across theatre, devised work, and monologue-based performance.

I am a versatile performer, bringing honesty, physical awareness, and a strong instinct for emotional truth to the stage.

I have written and performed two original solo shows for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, blending storytelling, acting, movement, and live music into theatrical solo performance. Spending years alone on stage for over an hour at a time has shaped me into a versatile and instinctive performer, with a strong sense of rhythm, stamina, emotional honesty, and connection with audiences.

My work moves between comedy, emotional honesty, physicality, and theatrical storytelling.
